Our trained nurses are available 24/7 and offer flexible schedules, aiming to enhance the quality of life for our patients.

Enhanced Access: Tele-consultation with Specialists 

Experience convenience like never before with our Tele-consultation services. Consult with specialists from JCI (US) accredited hospitals within the MedEx Network for a flat fee of 1,500 THB. All consultations are carried out in a hospital setting, with medical nurses and interpreters on standby if needed. This service is ideal for second medical opinions, sexual health concerns, medical travel considerations, and at-home virtual care. We also offer prescription delivery for urgent needs.
